  What a great rental! The house is cozy, clean and has a beautiful view of the harbor, did I mention it includes a boat slip! Also, we fished right in front of the cleaning table for about 30 minutes and caught a few keeper Mangrove snapper and a 17in sheepshead!

  Stayed 3 nights and we were very pleased. We fish so accommodations are important, but secondary. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated with a nice view of the harbor. Wish there had been live shrimp available for bait and the new cleaning stand needs lights. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Hopefully, someone will soon open a gas station in Port Mansfield again!

  Staying in the units above the Harbor Bait and Tackle Peach Building provides some of the best convenience in Port Mansfield. The "just walk downstairs" access to my boat slip. The availability of friendly staff at the shop downstairs "in case you forgot to bring something." The view of the harbor as fishing boats come and go while you sit on your private balcony and leisurely watch the sunset. While others hassle and scurry about, We were just a few steps from everything! All of these things make "A" or "B"
  one of our favorite spots on the Laguna Madre. Thank you, Simmons family and friends for all you do to make Pt. Mansfield great!
