  This unit was very nice and clean. Unexpected surprise was in the back yard fresh peppers, tomatoes , and cucumbers that the owner said we could have some. This was a weekend stay but there is no doubt that we will use tis unit again.

  The house was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. We enjoyed watching and feeding the deer that came into the yard every day. Plenty of room to park our big truck and boat. There was a little grill. Love the shade tree in the front yard. The only complaints we had was the master bed bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We slept on the couches which were very comfortable. The light in the laundry room was burned out and the grass in the backyard needed to be mowed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and are thinking about making this an annual trip.

  I have rented a lot of places in fishing villages all over the place and this unit is as nice, clean and well kept as any I have used.
  Nice front deck with some shade, nice screened in back porch, available water hose for cleaning boat etc., space for a group of folks. all around good place
