  Beautiful house and location. Amazing decks and boat docks. Great inside, furniture and kitchen. Very comfortable. Wish it were mine !
  Big issue was NO WI-FI!!!! Especially when you need to work from home .... Did not know that before we chose this house or it would have been a deal breaker... Also had a pretty big **** roach problem in kitchen and closets ( not the large water bug kind - a house roach) . Hope those guys didn't sneak a ride in my suitcase home...

  The stay was really good. The only problem was the owners nephew staying in the bottom room he had it in his mind he was running the place and we were going to do what he wanted. A couple of examples we always park the trailers underneath the house he told us no that was his parking spot. Someone came to visit him and he wanted us to move one our trucks because it was in the way. We prefer 610 up but would stay in 612 again if nephew is not on site. Betty wanted to call owner about it but I asked her to let lay we wanted no problems we were there to have a good time and we did thanks

  612 East Port is set up well for a fishing group. However, for the high price, the property should be better maintained. The toilet in the master, ice machine, disposal, etc. did not work.

  Great location in the harbor. This location has been updated recently. Very nice kitchen area with great appliances. Has a great ice machine right out the backdoor. Perfect for loading up the ice chest for drinks or the fish box. Has a good place to clean fish and a hose to wash down the boat.

  I have been going here for a number of years and as expected it was a great time had for all. The fishing was great for topwater baits with all the cloud cover boat limits almost every day and the quality of fish was outstanding. This was the perfect house considering it rained almost every day. I am looking forward to next year.

  Great place. Master bedroom bed hard and too hot. Type of foam makes you sweat bad. Had to take comforters off all the other beds and lay them down to try and sleep. This is the only negative thing I have. We have been renting this House sense it was built. Great place well kept

  This is our groups 13th year to come to PM
  (with YKnot Rentals) for a fishing get away. The accommodations are always clean and comfortable. Yknot rentals always makes sure things are ready and they are friendly and feel like family after all these years. Everyone asks where we stay and I let them know to call Sybil or Betty. The only issue we have had for several years is the group likes to fish under the lights and they seem to not work. Other than that there were no complaints from my group only praises about the property.
  
  We created one issue on the upper deck of 612 and after trying to clean the deck we were disappointed in what we had done. This will never happen again and I hope this does not reflect bad on the group for my mistake.
