  Stayed here with a group of guys for our annual fishing trip. Plenty of beds, towels, and space for the 9 of us in the four huge rooms. Property was okay for a bunch of guys, but I wouldn't bring my family to stay here. Doors and walls were pretty dirty and age of house is showing. Not saying it was a bad place, it had everything we needed, just not a nice enough place that I'd bring the family back to stay at.

  We try to make this trip every year and we have stayed in several houses on the same area, we particularly like 700 Northshore when our group is large because it has a lot of space,large bar where we can all hang out and the distribution of rooms and WC`s is perfect. As the main purpose of the trip is fishing the deck is a big plus as it has everything you need.The only thing I will change is the internet service, as it is too slow even for basic stuff.

  I’ve been bringing a group out to this location for several years now, and I definitely plan on being back next year. Nothing really to say that can add to what can be seen online. Great scenery, superb fishing access to one of the best fisheries on the coast, and the house itself is perfect for medium to large groups. I’ve put my group in lodges at SPI, Arroyo City, and others in Port Mansfield, but this one by far is our favorite.

  The house is very large with 12 comfortable beds and tons of seating and space to visit. The pier is excellent with two big green lights to attract fish.I take my son fishing for his birthday each year and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. The wind was horrible and fishing was bad but when we got back to the house each day it was worth it.
